IZOLYATSIA. Platform for Cultural Initiatives (IZOLYATSIA) is seeking qualified candidates for the full-time Project Leader position in Kyiv.

Purpose:
Project Leader of Zmina 2.0 project focuses on completing the project according to the obligatory donor's requirements and policies and procedures of implementing body (IZOLYATSIA) with faithful execution of Ukrainian legislation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design overall project's approach according to the approved logical matrix, optimize and improve project processes as needed,
- Lead project's planning and ensure the project meets deadlines,
- Supervise and coordinate project team,
- Oversee all project documentation,
- Draft and revise interim and final project narrative reports,
- Establish and maintain relationships with the project's stakeholders,
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualification:
- A degree in the field of public administration, economics, law, project management, culture or other relevant fields.
- At least 5 years of relevant and progressively responsible, including managerial, experience.
- Experience working and interacting with local authorities, private‐sector partners, representatives of civil society, and other donor agencies.
- Knowledge of regional development and local self-government.
- Understanding of the civil society sector, its actors and environment.
- Working knowledge in English, Russian and Ukrainian language.
- Work experience with European Delegation to Ukraine or other international organizations.
